333 Capital acted as exclusive financial adviser to Venture Growth Partners on their sale of a majority stake of Curtain Hardware Australia to Hunter Douglas, a multinational manufacturer and seller of window treatments and architectural products, which is ultimately owned by private equity firm 3G Capital.

Curtain Hardware Australia (CHA) is a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of made-to-measure curtain hardware and is the only supplier with a presence in multiple states across Australia.The business also offers a broad range of motorised and non-motorised curtain track profiles for commercial, health care and residential uses.

Objective

333 Capital was engaged by Venture Growth Partners, the previous owners of the CHA business, to explore divestment options, based on 333 Capital�s track record in successfully advising the sales of private businesses to major corporate and private equity firms.
