333 Capital was engaged by the shareholders of ArborSafe to run a competitive global process to identify a partner to support the business through its next stage of growth.

Our Approach

333 Capital designed a tailored process to provide the vendors with a choice of potential acquirers and competitive transaction terms which included:

333 Capital led a highly competitive process which culminated in the selection of Civica as the preferred acquirer for ArborSafe, with terms exceeding vendor expectations.

Civica represented a compelling strategic fit to expand the business with a strong heritage in software development for public sector and education sector clients and the ability to scale software products and services Internationally.
