Commercial and strategic, Jarron has an impressive track record of securing and negotiating highly commercial outcomes for his clients. His hands-on approach allows him to simplify and manage even the most complex transaction issues.

Having worked in investment banking roles at 333 Capital and Credit Suisse, and at Woolworths (ASX:WOW) in a strategic corporate development role, Jarron has deep experience in mid-market corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions and capital raisings. He also has considerable experience in refining and executing business strategies.

He has particular expertise within the technology and retail sectors, and has worked with clients across a wide variety of other industry sectors. He is also a qualified solicitor.
