Alan�s innovative yet experienced approach helps clients achieve exceptional outcomes in a diverse range of complex and unique situations. He is a trusted and respected advisor with strong client relationships � referrals from previous clients and repeat transactions for existing clients constitutes the majority of his work.

He has over 25 years� experience in investment banking and has led and concluded more than 80 transactions over the course of his career. His experience extends to corporate advisory, strategic consultancy and equities roles in Australia, North America and Europe.

Before joining 333 Capital, Alan led the Emerging Companies team at Merrill Lynch Australia, was Head of Mid-Cap at CIBC markets and spent a number of years at Deutsche Bank.

Alan�s areas of expertise include merger and acquisitions, business divestments, strategic reviews, financial and tactical advice, financial restructuring, and capital raising and management.
